Request reason:

I think that blocking 65,000 IP addresses for nearly eleven months is enough. Can the range block be lifted? 170.24.150.113 (talk) 15:08, 13 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Not safely, no. Anyone is free to edit from here, though. They must simply sign in to their account. Yamla (talk) 15:20, 13 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Ok. It's so sad though. My IP switched as I made a big edit to Weather in 2022 and the edit got deleted as it switched. [1][2][3] Just saving these three refs for later reference.--170.24.150.113 (talk) 15:57, 13 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

November 2022 edit

  You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Tornado outbreak of December 10–11, 2021. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 19:13, 30 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

Was blocking 65,536 IP addresses for 3 years really necessary for stopping disruption? 🙄 --170.24.150.113 (talk) 15:03, 2 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

There is way too much collateral in this block. No juniors or seniors in Nassau County will ever get to edit Wikipedia again. Most schools don't let us create accounts. --170.24.150.113 (talk) 18:29, 27 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I find it very difficult to believe that the vast majority of high school students do not have phones that they can take home or to any other location to create an account. Even if not, an account can be requested via WP:ACC. Unfortunately, another student probably ruined things for you. 331dot (talk) 19:11, 27 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
