- Hi Aviram7, thank you for your note, which is very much appreciated. I realise I botched things slightly at my first attempt! But I did get it right eventually!! Ultimately, all I did was add in two references to a recent and authoritative source on the subject. In one case it gave a reference to a statement in the text which was otherwise unsupported and unreferenced. I wonder why you did not find that to be constructive? Would you kindly let me know.
