Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by Timtrent were:

This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

"with the public[19][20][21][22][23][24]." is a prime example of WP:CITEKILL. Instead we need one excellent reference per fact asserted. If you are sure it is beneficial, two, and at an absolute maximum, three. A fact you assert, once verified in a reliable source, is verified. More is gilding the lily. Please choose the very best in each case of multiple referencing for a single point and either drop or repurpose the remainder

It all contributes to the WP:BOMBARD present all through this draft. Thin the references out. No reviewer is going check them all, so your referencing militates against a useful review.

I get that you are keen on this being accepted. To achieve this you need a dramatic set of cuts. Cut text that adds no value, cut references that add no value.

Hi, this is not an admonishment or anything, but as you mentioned at the Teahouse that you were "trying to help your friend" with the creation of the draft, you may want to be aware of relevant policies at WP:COI and WP:Writing about yourself. Submitting drafts through AfC is an acceptable way of doing COI editing, so as far as I can see, you're entirely fine; just making sure that you are aware to avoid potential trouble down the road.
