Your "tax evade" edits at User talk:Jimbo Wales

edit

I am just a plain user of this website, but I am fairly sure that you should contact directly the Wikimedia Foundation. --Enric Naval (talk) 15:20, 22 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

It contacted Wikimedia Foundation one year ago. However, it was disregarded. it warns many times. --山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 16:02, 13 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Then perhaps people believe your claim is without merit. Personally, I'm kinda tired of seeing this go on for the past YEAR. Tarc (talk) 18:38, 13 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
If the problem does not have interest, you please do not participate. Otherwise you become the aiding and abetting of the tax evasion.--山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 04:37, 14 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
What are you going to do, sue me? Tarc (talk) 05:16, 14 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
You know that it is illegal. However, you are doing the act.Isn't it a crime? --山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 06:33, 14 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
I don't think any crime has been committed. (I am not a lawyer, but I think you are not a lawyer either.) Are you suggesting that some sort of legal action will be taken? --Demiurge1000 (talk) 13:05, 14 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
In Japan, it is asked tax evasion.By a Japanese taxation office, a fine is inflicted in Jimbo.--山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 14:39, 14 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Unfortunately, I don't think that Japanese law is relevant. WMF's servers are based in Florida, and therefore it must only obey Florida state and US federal laws. GoogolplexForce (talk) 17:06, 14 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
However, Wikimedia meetups was executed in Japan. The domain and the server of "wikipedia.jp" are set up in Japan. WMF and Jimbo granted a patent to it. Help was given to it. In the Japan tax law, WMF and Jimbo are recognized as a corporation by a taxation office, and it is taxed.--山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 09:34, 15 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Informational note: this is to let you know that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Regards, 28bytes (talk) 14:14, 15 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

It is not "Disruptive editing".It informs of the injustice of Japanese Wikimedia. I commented by injustice. Therefore it was blocked by a suspect. In Wikipedia:Disruptive editing, there are no articles to block the act. 山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 15:51, 15 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

You've been repeatedly asked to direct your concerns to the Wikimedia foundation directly. Failing that, you have been asked repeatedly to stop badgering another user about this issue. You have ignored these requests, and are now blocked as a result. It is unlikely in the extreme that you would be unblocked without some assurance that this behavior will not continue. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I reported it to WMF

edit

I reported it to WMF before this. I discussed it until Mike Godwin(General Counsel Wikimedia Foundation) and October 23 last year.He has not received the report of the event though he was General Counsel. It was said that they would not have been permitted. When he retired from it, it was said "Please direct your queries to Alisa Key or to some other representative of the Foundation".I hear it to Jimmy Wales because there is no answer though it questioned the WMF director.

Because I thought that a Japanese user did wrong, I appealed to Ombudsman commission(Ombudsman User:Carkuni) on November 9, last year.

However, there is no answer up to the present time. Then, I could do nothing but hear and became Jimmy Wales. I want you to teach it if there is the person in charge elsewhere. I contact it there.--山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 12:26, 16 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for letting us know the steps you have taken to contact people about your concerns. However, since this is the English Wikipedia, there is nothing any of us can do about the Japanese Wikipedia, or about tax concerns in Japan, or about general Wikimedia Foundation issues that do not relate to the English Wikipedia. If the Japanese tax authorities have any concerns, then presumably they will be in touch in due course. It would be best if you left them to handle it. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 14:25, 16 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Because Jimbo does not watch meta frequently, I say that I want you to write it on the user talking page of English Wikipedia. It is his hope to write here. Please show it if there are appropriate other places. If you do not prove it, duty to pay tax occurs. English Wikipedia must pay its tax. There are the relations in English Wikipedia.--山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 15:11, 16 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Jimbo has already been advised about this. There is no reason to send him the same information again. If you wish to give tax advice to people, I recommend that you enrol in a course of study to become a tax lawyer or financial adviser in the appropriate jurisdiction. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 15:26, 16 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Wikipedia:Role of Jimmy Wales The question on the authority has not been answered yet. There are not a wikipedia.jp domain and the answer of the problem of the server. He doesn't answer. May I think that it permitted it?--山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 15:54, 16 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
You may indeed think that. We can't control what you think. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 16:31, 16 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
I do not think.Japanese Wikipedia community are convinced that the self was permitted to behave,Because English Wikipedia doesn't clarify the attitude. --山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 17:33, 16 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
I do not think that you are a good spokesperson for what the Japanese Wikipedia community thinks. They decided to ban you from the Japanese Wikipedia. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 17:46, 16 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Because Japanese Wikipedia community opposed the resolution to which I refuse the authority of Wikimedia Foundation and Jimmy Wales, it has been blocked. In Japanese Wikipedia, Wikipedia:Office actionsja:Wikipedia:事務局行動) and Wikipedia:Revision deletion(Wikipedia:版指定削除の方針), etc. are rejected. --山吹色の御菓子 (talk) 04:38, 17 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
