Where can I find this "rule"? I'm usually active in the German Wikipedia and there you can freely archive parts of your own discussion page if you like. -- (talk) 12:59, 18 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
Removing speedy deletion notifications regarding a page the user created is perfectly fine (see here). If the talk page itself was tagged, that of course could not be removed, but a warning that is removed is a sign that the user read it. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:49, 18 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

  Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. the first 4 were speedily deleted as test pages and I have nominated the other 3 for speedy deletion. If you want to make test edits please use your sandbox as you are creating extra work for the new pages patrollers and the admin that have to deal with these test pages.
