Falcon's Creative Group (also known under the name Falcon's Treehouse or Falcon's Digital Media) is an entertainment design company based in Orlando, Florida.[1] The company was founded in 2000 by Cecil D. Magpuri[2][3], the current President and Chief Creative Officer.[4][5] Following a re-branding campaign in 2014, the originally named Falcon's Treehouse was established as one of three branches under the new umbrella title: "Falcon's Creative Group." Falcon's Digital and Falcon's Licensing are the two other branches.[6]

editHeroes & Legends (Kennedy Space Center: Orlando, Florida)
editOn May 29th, 2015, Falcon's Creative Group and the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex announced that the 25-year old United States Astronaut Hall of Fame exhibit would be moving to a new location within the complex to make room for the new exhibit "Heroes & Legends," scheduled to open sometime late 2016. "Heroes and Legends" will focus on the early astronauts of the United States as well as on the concept of what it means to be a hero, in general.[7][8]
IMG Worlds of Adventure (City of Arabia: Dubai, UAE)
editIt was announced in 2012 that Falcon's Treehouse had been selected by the IMG Group (Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group) to design the attractions and overall masterplan of the upcoming IMG Worlds of Adventure theme park in Dubai.[5] The park will have four zones, two of which feature iconic characters from the intellectual properties of Cartoon Network and Marvel Comics. When opened, IMG Worlds of Adventure will cover an area over 1.5 million square feet, making it the largest indoor themed entertainment destination in the world.[9]

edit- The Gold Level Pixie Award was awarded to Sea World, San Diego's Manta.[10]
- The Platinum Level Pixie Award was awarded to Sea World, Orlando's Turtle Trek attraction[10], which opened in 2012 as the world's first 360 degrees 3D Dome Theater.[11] The attraction was designed by Falcon's Treehouse.[12]
2014
edit- Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in China was awarded the THEA Award for Outstanding Achievement over 169 international candidates in total, marking the first time the award was given to a Chinese Theme Park.[13]
2015
edit- The Communicator Award of Excellence was awarded to Falcon's Treehouse LLC, under the cateogry Websites -- Professional Services[14] and Visual Appeal[15]
- The Platinum Level Pixie Award was given to Falcon's Treehouse LLC, for the firm's involvement in the Ocean Avenue Media Canopy and Deep Sea Odyseey Attractions at Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in China. The awards were given under the category of Animation.[16]
