According to the 2011 census, the village's entire geographic area is 419.15 hectares. There are 1,977 people living in Jadigenahalli, with 1,010 of them being male and 967 being female. A quarterly fair, which was formerly held in the month of April in the year 2023, will now be held in the village during the month of April in honour of the godesses "Sapthamatha" whose temple is situated on a hilltop, also a famous old temple which is said to be constructed during cholas empire of Lord Kalabhaireshwara is situated in the village where monthly pooja takes place, thousands of devotees make a visit here
