The Compañía Hispano Argentina de Obras Públicas y Finanzas (CHADOPyF, in English: Hispano-Argentina Company of Public Works and Finances) was a transport company of mixed Spanish and Argentine capital, responsible for building and operating three of the six lines of the Buenos Aires Underground between 1930 and 1940.

The parameters of the three CHADOPyF lines have been adopted as a network standard by Subterráneos de Buenos Aires Sociedad del Estado (SBASE), with Line H having adopted the 1500V overhead line electrification and platform width. Line A , which was originally electrified at 1100V was changed to 1500V in 2013, while Line B has had 1500V overhead lines installed with the 550V third rail being phased out. Line B, does however have wider platforms than the rest of the network, so it will continue to be an exception to the CHADOPyF standards. Future lines will also use these specifications, though alternatives have been analysed for Line F in the past.[2]
The envisioned "Line 3" is currently planned as Line G, adopting most of the route projected by CHADOPyF, though there is no date fixed for the commencement of construction. The parts of "Line 4" which did not become Line D were constructed as Line H, which opened in 2007.

The CNR EMU is a series of diesel multiple unit cars manufactured by China CNR Corporation for use on Buenos Aires' commuter rail network. The trains operate on the narrow gauge Belgrano Sur Line in southern Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires, with 27 3-car trains produced for the line. The trains were bought to completely replace the rolling stock of the line, which was previously served by a smaller amount of carriages pulled by diesel-electric locomotives.
