I have been given the name from the Filipino translation of my country of origin. I go by the nickname Pinay which is also the colloquial for female Filipinos from the far east. I have been all over the country and abroad. But I come from this beautiful and pristine island province in central Philippines, whose rich, unique, and abundant natural resources are incomparable.
I hereby give you this Tireless Contributor Barnstar Award for your diligent efforts and great contributions to the Philippine-related articles. Keep up the good work! -- RebSkii 16:35, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

The Original Barnstar
Surprisingly there wasn't a special Collaborator Barnstar for people like you who round up people and try to get them to work together on certain articles. You go the extra step by scheduling chats - a daunting task because of people's different schedules. That's what I like to see, even though it's difficult for me to join in. heh heh. ;-) Keep up the great work! Chris S. 23:16, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

...that the Sandugo or Blood Compact, where two people drink a small amount of each other's blood, was a traditional way to formalize treaties of friendship in the Philippines? Sandugo
...that the Eskaya tribe are the object of internationalarcheological studies considering their distinct culture, language and alphabet not found elsewhere in the world? --Pinay06 19:44, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
