The C30 is an articulated train type manufactured by Bombardier Transportation which is delivered since 2018 for use on the Stockholm metro. The first C30 train entered service on the Red line on 11 August 2020. A full length C30 train is normally formed by two separate semi-permanent four-car units with gangways between the cars. This makes the trains different from previous stock, as a full length C20 train is formed by three units, and the older Cx trains is formed by eight separate cars. The C30 also has a lower number of seats in order to give space for more standees. The overall passenger capacity of a full length C30 train is estimated to be about 25 percent higher compared to the C20.

A total of 96 units has been ordered by Storstockholms Lokaltrafik, with the last one expected to be delivered by 2024. The first 80 units delivered are planned to be used on the Red Line, and the remaining 16 on the Blue Line. The contract is worth 5 billion SEK and includes options for up to 80 additional units.
