Brandon Brian Brooks (born November 17, 1973 in Nashville, Tennessee) is an American sitcom actor. He has appeared in Peter Engel productions such as USA High, and had the co-starring role of offbeat surfer Murray Updyke in the syndicated comedy series Malibu, CA. He is of part English, Irish and part Cherokee descent.[citation needed]
