M Shayan also known as Rj Shayan is a Pakistan Human Resources Specialist, learning and development consultant and inspirational speaker and a radio presenter of English shows at FM 101 (Pakistan), TV Producer and anchor at Kay2 TV, trainer and HR consultant.

Early life and education edit

Shayan was born in Lahore. Despite being a punjabi he lived all his life in Peshawar where he completed his studies till bachelors in Human Resource Management from institute of business and management sciences University of Agriculture, Peshawar. He completed his MS in Human Resource Management from COMSATS University Islamabad.

Shayan started his career at FM 101 (Pakistan), Peshawar Pakistan. He moved to islamabad in 2008 and joined Kay2 TV as a Tv host, program producer and on screen recruiter. Shayan worked with multiple different companies including names like Unity LSS (Business Outsourcing for American Army “Afghanistan”), Jubilee Life Insurance and Hillcrest Solutions HR outsource for Huawei.

Shayan is known for motivational and inspirational speaking on different forums, workshops and trainings. His unique approach toward empathy, human psychology and experience has been exceptionally popular not just face to face but on radio as well.

Shayan has been working as an English presenter for FM 101(Pakistan), Radio Pakistan since 2006. In 20 Sinek began his career at the New York ad agencies Euro RSCG and Ogilvy & Mather.[1] He later launched his own business, Sinek Partners.[1]

Sinek has written five books. Start With Why, his first book, was published October 2009. His second book, titled Leaders Eat Last, appeared on the bestseller lists of the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.[1]

As a motivational speaker, Sinek has spoken at the UN Global Compact Leaders Summit in 2016,[2] and at TEDx conferences several times, beginning in 2009.[3]

In June 2018, The Young Turks reported a $98,000 no-bid contract from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for "customized Simon Sinek leadership training" to take place between April 26 and May 15, 2018,[4] provided by Ernst & Young.[5]

In November 2018, Publishers Weekly reported that Sinek would start Optimism Press, a new imprint of Penguin Random House.[6]

Sinek is also an instructor of strategic communications at Columbia University,[7] and is an adjunct staff member of the RAND Corporation.[8]
