Thomas Lord House   Ipswich 1658 c. 1700 c. The Thomas Lord House traditionally dates to before 1658, but may have been built closer to c. 1700.[1] Its thought by the Ipswich Historical Society that the main frame of the house may be original.[1] Meanwhile, the lean-to addition on the back side of the house is thought to date to a later period.[1] Restorations were done on the fireplaces in 1949, and on the windows in 2016.[1]
John Partridge House   Millis 1659 c. 1725 c. This home is traditionally dated to around 1659, but may have been built later due to its Georgian style.[2][3] The enclosed front porch featuring Greek Revival architecture was later added round 1840.[2] Subsequent additions during the 19th century include the rear southeast kitchen ell, and side shed porch.[3] In the 1930's the house was turned on its foundation to face its current position, and the last and latest addition includes a rear library ell added c. 1940.[2][3]
John Upton House Peabody 1660 c. 1774 c. Different historical societies disagree on an exact build date range for this house. Proposed years include 1660 and 1662 to as late as just before 1774, when the house became a tavern.[6][7][8]
