Rajesh Griglani

Rajesh Griglani (born February 7, 1973, in Kutiyana, Porbandar, Gujarat, India) is a prominent Indian politician, distinguished Leadership Development Trainer, Life Coach, and accomplished Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. He is widely recognized for his contributions to the Indian National Congress,[1] where he holds a significant role as a member of the National Executive Team within the Social Media Department and the National Executive Committee.[2]

Early life and education

Rajesh's educational journey began at Sainik School Balachadi, Jamnagar, where he completed his schooling in 1990. He further pursued higher education at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Vadodara, earning a Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations in 1995.[3]

Career

His professional career initially revolved around consulting, specializing in Quality and Environmental Management Systems until 2008. Later, he joined the esteemed Jawahar Lal Nehru Leadership Institute as a Leadership Development Trainer,[4] where he made significant contributions by training the Indian Youth Congress and National Students Union of India. To augment his skills and knowledge, Rajesh pursued online courses in Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Neuro Linguistic Programming during this period.

With his accumulated expertise and experience, Rajesh founded the renowned training and consulting firm, BODHI, which stands for Bureau Of Developing Human Instincts, Intellect, and Intuitions. Under the umbrella of Bodhi, he has conducted numerous impactful training sessions for corporates and companies, earning widespread recognition.

In addition to his training endeavors, Rajesh Griglani has played a pivotal role in the Election Management of the Indian National Congress in several states, particularly Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar, where he served as the AICC Coordinator in charge of Goa.[5] [6]His notable contributions have earned him commendable reputation both within the party and the wider political landscape.[7]
