editSurveys for the river crossing took place in 2020.[1]
Length of 554.6 kilometres (344.6 mi), speed of 350 kilometres per hour (220 mph).
Stations:
East Guangdong intercity railway
editEast Guangdong intercity railway is a network of planned railway lines. The lines will have a speed limit of 160 kilometres per hour (99 mph).[2]
There are three planned sections:
- Chaozhou East to Chaoshan Airport
- Chaoshan Airport to Jieyang South
- Shantou to Chaoshan Airport
