Marquel Middlebrooks, better known as Marzeratti, or simply Marz, is an American record producer, songwriter, rapper and singer. As an in-house producer of Mike Will Made It’s EarDrummers production team, he is best known for producing commercially successful singles including "No Lie" by 2 Chainz, "Turn on The Lights" by Future, "Paradise" by Big Sean, "This Could Be Us" by Rae Sremmurd, "Try Me" by The Weeknd, "Beach is Better" by Jay-Z, "Kisses Down Low" by Kelly Rowland, and "Pardon Me" by Lil’ Yachty among many others.[1][2]

Career

edit

Middlebrooks was born in Marietta, Georgia. At the age of 15 he became interested in making beats through a childhood friend who introduced him to the beat-making software FL Studio. In 2010, P-Nazty who is also a member of EarDrummers introduced Marquel to Mike Will. The following year, they would go on to land placements with Future, Jeezy, Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Gucci Mane, and 2 Chainz further solidifying their unique sound and place within Hip-Hop.
