The Rachel Homan curling team began their season in September 2012 with the Ontario Curling Tour Championships and will likely end in April 2013 with the Players' Championship Grand Slam event. The Homan rink had their most successful season to date, winning the 2013 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the first for all four members of the team. The team will represent Canada at the 2013 World Women's Curling Championship in Riga, Latvia.
In addition to winning the Scotties, the team has also won one Grand Slam event (the Masters), and lost in the final of two others (Autumn Gold and Manitoba Lotteries). The Masters win was the first Grand Slam event win for the team. To date, the team is ranked 1st on the World Curling Tour money rankings.
The team curls out of the Ottawa Curling Club in Ottawa, Ontario and is coached by Earle Morris.
