José Alberto Inzunza Favela, known professionally as Joss Favela (born December 10, 1990), is a Mexican musician, singer-songwriter and record producer. Born in Sinaloa, Mexico, he has written over 100 songs for several regional Mexican artists, including Alejandro Fernández, Banda el Recodo, Gerardo Ortíz, Natti Natasha, Los Ángeles Azules, Calibre 50, Banda MS, and Grupo Firme. Favela became the youngest person to win the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers Composer of the Year award, which he won in 2015 at age 25.

editJoss Favela was born in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico on December 10, 1990. He learnt how to play guitar by age 9 and began his musical career by age 13.[1] His appearance on the competitive reality program Código F.A.M.A. led to him signing onto a recording contract.
