I am Dipti Myra living in Delhi. I did my graduation from Delhi University in History(Honours) and post graduation from National Museum Institute in Museology i.e Museum Studies.I am currently working at the National Museum, New Delhi as Assistant Curator in the Education Department.
I am proud to work with this prestigious organisation. In the department i have been involved in various educational activities both in-house and outreach. I organize workshops(summer, Brahmni workshops), inter-school quizes, competitions(painting),lectures, seminars, gallery talks for the visitors visiting the museum. By doing all these activities the museum involves its visitors.

My keen interest is in studying about Indian Bronzes whose history goes back to Indus Valley Civilization were we find the earliest evidences of Bronze sculptures made in lost wax technique and the same tradition of bronze casting still continues in Swamimalai in Tamil Nadu.
My Travels edit
I have travelled to various historical places like Bhopal, Agra, Mumbai, Sanchi, Khajuraho, Bhubaneswar, Ahmadabad, Uttrakhand and many other places.

Finally, being a part of wikipedian family it feels great. It will be my pleasure to contribute to the wikipedia. I will be contributing in the areas of museum studies, Indian bronzes and other related subjects.
