edit

The Utah State Bulletin is designed to keep the recipient continually informed about important administrative actions in the executive branch of the government of Utah.

The Bulletin includes proposed rules, rule analyses, notices of effective dates, and review notices. It also includes public notices, and Utah Governor's executive orders and documents[2]. The Bulletin typically contains the full text of administrative rules. The Bulletin is an electronic publication that is issued on a bimonthly basis. A summary of the Bulletin is published in the Utah State Digest.
