Advocate Conrad Dias

is an Advocate and Notary Public by profession, practicing in High Court of Kerala, since 1993. He is the Managing Partner of the law firm Dias Law Associates.

He is the Counsel for High Court of Kerala. He is presently the Retainer Standing Counsel for the Ministry of Railways in the High Court of Kerala, from 26.11.2010, till date, and also the Standing Counsel for the Indian Oil Corporation. He was appointed as Member of National Advisory Committee to the Ministry of Women and Child Development on 15.02.2018. He is also Counsel and Consultant for several Non-Governmental Organizations, Institutions, Congregations and Companies. He specialises in the field of Family Law and Arbitration. He was a Central Government Counsel for three years from 2012. He was a member of the Rules Committee for the Government of Kerala, for framing the rules under the Juvenile Justice Act.

He was appointed as Amicus-Curie in many cases by the High Court of Kerala, including the Puttingal Temple fire tragedy case.

His name was recommended by the Collegium of the High Court of Kerala, for judgeship, which was approved by the Collegium of the Supreme Court of India on 25.03.2019.

He is the son of late Adv.R.G.Dias and late Phyllis Dias. He is an Anglo-Indian and belongs to the parish of the Infant Jesus Church, Archdiocese of Verapoly.
