Deportivo Toluca F.C., or simply Toluca, is a professional football club based in Toluca, Mexico, playing in Liga MX, the top-tier league in Mexican football.
Ignacio Trelles is the most successful manager in the club's history in terms of trophies. Trelles won two Primera División titles, two Campeón de Campeones and one CONCACAF Champions' Cup, totaling five trophies.
Enrique Meza is the most successful coach regarding league titles, with three in total, also he is the only person to have managed the club on three separate occasions.
José Manuel de la Torre, Américo Gallego and Alberto Jorge won the league title on their first season with the club and the latter did it as caretaker, being the only one to achieve this so far in the history of Liga MX.[1]
In addition to Meza, Uruguayans Wilson Graniolatti and Héctor Hugo Eugui have also managed Toluca on two separate occasions.
