Jonathan Zawada
editJonathan Zawada (born Perth, Australia in 1981) is an Australian cross-discipline artist currently working for Future Classics.[1] He is known for his original methods of crating art which include combining analogue and digital techniques. Zawada is has worked with high profile artists such as Flume, The Presets, and Wolfmother.
During his time with Future Classics, Zawada has worked with companies such as Nike, BMW, and Bloomberg.[2] He has worked in a multitude of disciplines including illustration, graphic design, art direction, video, object design, and painting.[3]
In 2018, Zawada was the artist behind the Lighting of the Sails 2018, a part VIVID Sydney that saw the Sydney Opera House illuminated with Zawada's designs.[4]
Zawada's work on the album cover of Flume's album Skin, saw him win Best Cover Art at the ARIA Music Awards of 2016.[5] His work on The Presets album Apocalypso also saw him win Best Cover Art at the ARIA Music Awards of 2008.
