This is a list of phrasebook series arranged by publisher. A pharsebook at least contains the list of phrases in two languages (foreign and native) grouped thematically (greetings, accommodation, time & date, food, etc.). Some or many may contain basic pronunciation guide, short dictionary, basic grammar information as well as other useful information about destination country(-ies). Though phrasebooks differ from other basic/beginner learning materials that they focus on ready-to-use phrases not on lesson by lesson study of pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, etc.
For the languages used in many countries only the flag of the original country is used (e.g. the French flag for French, the UK flag for English, etc.). For a local variant the appropriate country flag is used.
