Header cell vs. normal cell
edit@Redrose64: I've usually seen this used like a header (saying something like "Future extension"), sometimes above another {{S-rail}} header row. What's the semantic reason for making this look like a header but not actually a header? Jc86035 (talk) Use {{re|Jc86035}}

- The appearance is perhaps historical, but header cells should only be used for actual headers - these may be column headers, or row headers. It's called
{{s-note}}
because it's for notes.
