Concerns

I have several concerns with this template.

First, it is opaque. There is no clue on categories that include it that it transcludes categories into the category. Rather attempts to change out inappropriate categories fail.

Second, this template currently incorrectly lists all patrol vessels as naval vessels -- even if they are environmental patrol vessels operated by a nation's Ministry of the environment. Nations operate customs patrol vessels, fishery patrol vessels, immigration patrol vessels and constabulary patrol vessels. None of these should be assumed to be naval vessels.
