Please add to this template "Please do not resubmit this draft without first consulting an administrator or the help desk of articles for creation. Doing so may result in this draft being nominated for deletion and/or protected." Rationale: In this page's current form, it does not make that clear (aside from an ambiguous "STOP" sign) and can result in something like this if left unchecked.  Not done for now: Administrators have no extra power in content decisions, an the AfC process is not mandatory, so I'm opposed to that provision.
