Please hold off on promoting this to prep. There is a discussion on Commons that should soon formally recognize Flickr PD-mark files as acceptable. At that point, I will be uploading this picture of VikkiKitty and adding a crop of it to the article and the nomination. I expect that the discussion will be finalized within a week or so.
