New enough, long enough, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. Image is pd. QPQ done. ALT1 is definitely meatier, but the source has no mention of Queen Victoria, so it should be just the Lord Mayor. I don't see anything in the source about a Royal Warrant from the Queen, just that he was the "official importer". There is also a "why?" tag in the second paragraph under Importing turtles that needs to be taken care of before this passes. Yoninah (talk) 14:29, 30 May 2014 (UTC)
