Spira Spica

  • ... that the name of the Japanese band Spira Spica comes from a Latin phrase meaning "having hopes as long as one lives" and the star Spica? "【interview】夢はオーロラの下でライブ!期待の新星「スピラ・スピカ」" [The band name Spica is a star that glows blue. It was reborn as Spira Spica, with Spira Spela, meaning that you can have hope as long as you live in Latin.] (in Japanese). Living.jp. September 5, 2018. Retrieved November 22, 2019. バンド名の〝スピカ〟は、青く光る恒星。それに、ラテン語で〝生きている限り希望を持つことができる〟という意味の〝スピラ・スペラ〟をかけて、〝スピラ・スピカ〟として生まれ変わりました。

  • New enough, long enough. I'm AGF on the sources. I'm drawing a blank on a better hook. --evrik (talk) 20:03, 18 December 2019 (UTC)
Is the current hook okay with you, or should a new one be proposed? Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 21:55, 18 December 2019 (UTC)
Proposing ALT 1: ... that the J-Pop group Spira Spica was originally called Snowman, and released their first album Snow Wonderland in 2015? (Source is as above)
And then this could be bumped to a special appearance in the next few weeks as winter-themed? Kingsif (talk) 23:50, 21 December 2019 (UTC)
If other editors or a reviewer thinks it's a better hook, then I'd be fine with it, but I'm not exactly seeing the hookiness in it right now. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 01:40, 22 December 2019 (UTC)
  • I'll leave the decision on the hook to the promoter. --evrik (talk) 19:45, 23 December 2019 (UTC)
