Prince Edward Island automobile ban edit

- Comment: PEIsquirrel is Ivanvector's alt account. "Ten years": cars were banned from 1908; a decision to repeal the ban in 1913 was rejected in a plebiscite, and the ban was not actually fully rescinded until 1919. More sources are in the article.

The article is new enough, long enough, and Earwig doesn't detect any significant Copyvios. Both hooks are interesting and I do not have a preference. This is your third DYK so no need for QPQ.
