  • @Hawkeye7: I have heard from Yoninah that the current hook may not be great enough to use the image. Would you be able to check these alts?
  • @Hawkeye7: I hear your opinion, but I'm not sure that the article gives enough variety of opinions as to edibility to verify the original hook. Two RS state that it's edible (though the first adds "with caution", which I added to the article); one RS says it's not; and the fourth source is a novel (Really? This is hardly an RS.) in which the fictional character eats the mushroom thinking that it is edible. I think ALT2 is actually a more surprising fact, that a mushroom could decay a tree.   • I thought that the novel was used in an acceptable way with how it was phrased in the article, but I removed it. I think any hook can be chosen at this point. SL93 (talk) 22:40, 12 September 2019 (UTC)
