Outbound Travel Alert System
edit- ... that the Hong Kong Security Bureau established the Outbound Travel Alert System in 2009, after a large number of Hong Kong residents were stranded in Bangkok during the Thai political crisis?

- I've amended the hook by adding definite articles and providing a dab. Schwede66 04:06, 26 November 2013 (UTC)
- I've copyedited the article to improve the grammar. Just a suggestion for the hook though, just to make it a bit more interesting I think the reason the OTAS was established could be included—the 2008–10 Thai political crisis (translation of the reference clearly indicates this as the reason in the Chinese news article reference):

- Article meets criteria: readable prose length, and created on 24 November. Some of the sources including the one for the hook are in Chinese, but the Google translation is pretty clear and verifies the ALT1 hook I suggested above. I'm assessing the article only, the ALT1 hook is based on my suggestion, perhaps other editors could review that? --Canley (talk) 22:32, 28 November 2013 (UTC)
