Newness, length, size, and hook all good, except that the bit about the National Register of Historic Places isn't mentioned anywhere in the prose. I would also add a wikilink to President of the United States as such...

Now it meets all criteria. I'm okay with any of the three, but the third would need the repetitive "and" removed. Let me propose this as a slight tinkering:
