Overall: Hook meets requirements but could maybe be a bit shorter and punchier? Perhaps something like ALT1 ... that the Soviet Union seized the Romanian destroyer Regina Maria and commissioned it into their navy despite Romania having switched sides to join the Allies? This is my first DYK review, and I have suggested an alternate hook, so I would appreciate a second review. Glorioussandwich (talk) 18:05, 27 November 2018 (UTC)

  • Nice suggestion, I've added it as ALT1 and struck the original hook. L293D ( • ) 14:23, 29 November 2018 (UTC)
