  • the article reads like promotion, and the hook erroneously assumes that the reader would be American. Soman (talk) 09:12, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
  • Any suggestions to make the article more NPOV? The enclosures are sold world-wide, so I'm not seeing how the hook assumes an American reader, please elaborate. WilliamKF (talk) 15:45, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
  • The key problem with the hook is that assumes that the reader knows children that have used the product, a claim not supported in the article. The world has some six billion inhabitants, out of which many are children. Most have probably never used a trampoline. --Soman (talk) 09:42, 11 June 2014 (UTC)

The lead says he didnt invent it. Its says he designed the first one to make a hunk of money. The "invention" does protect "millions of children" and it would be good to know who invented it. The invention (that this guy sells) protects people on the trampoline who would have fallen off. It doesnt pick out children in particular. I only read the lede and I felt like it was written to big up the invention (no) .... the product. Since he was granted patents on his design, doesn't that make him the inventor? Are you suggesting that saying he designed it in the article should be changed? He both designed and invented it. I think the current wording in lead of article reads fine as designer. The trend in injuries has been studied by the US CPSC. WilliamKF (talk) 16:02, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
  • I'm giving this a no without doing a full review, because in my opinion (1) the three existing hooks all sound like advertisements, and (b) there is no material in the article which would not sound like an advertisement if you used it to make a hook. --Storye book (talk) 17:13, 17 June 2014 (UTC)
