  • Do you have a reference to support the September commencement? It's mentioned a number of times in the article, yet I can't find a source to confirm it. new civil engineer stated this week "Arrival this week of steel foundations signalled the start of full scale construction" [edited for brevity]. Fleet news did suggest it "began last autumn", but offered no specific details. Am also slightly unsure on the grammar here. Should it be that construction began on Foo, adjacent to the Bar, in September 2011? or that construction on Foo, adjacent to the Bar, began in September 2011?? Nikthestoned 11:01, 21 May 2012 (UTC)
  • I've also been unable to find confirmation of the commencement of construction. I believe there are some other facts in the article that could be used as hooks. How about this one:
