New enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. Hook ref verified and cited inline; however, I have changed "rainiest" to "wettest" per the table and the source, and re-piped the link. QPQ done. Good to go. Yoninah (talk) 13:44, 24 January 2016 (UTC)
