edit

  • An alternative hook may be that Puerto Rico actually had two Hall of Famers (Cepeda and Alomar) inducted since being included in the draft in 1989, but that it took 23 years until Correa became the first top pick. I have seen a few sources noting how odd it is for a place that has produced dozens of All-Stars to remain without a top pick for so long, yet at the same time producing seven top-10 picks. 166.147.119.93 (talk) 02:31, 6 June 2012 (UTC)
  • New enough and long enough at time of nomination. QPQ done. Article is completely supported by inline citations. Article is neutral enough. Sources appear reliable. Hook is properly formatted and interesting enough. No plagiarism concerns. hooked fact/source match. No images for copyright check. --LauraHale (talk) 22:38, 29 June 2012 (UTC)
