General: Article is new enough and long enough

Policy compliance:

Hook eligibility:

  • Cited: No - The "longest highways" part of ALT0 is not found in the article. AGF on the citation for ALT1, which seems to match up when put through DeepL.
  • Interesting: Yes

Image eligibility:

QPQ: Done.

Overall: Needs some work to be ready for DYK. ALT1 is more interesting to a general audience SounderBruce 08:42, 3 September 2020 (UTC)

@SounderBruce: I rewrote the design section, thanks for fixing those silly typos of mine and reviewing this. I don't want the article to be too focused on the highways, so I'm just going to throw all of my support behind ALT1. Also, I switched up the picture to one that is closer to the center of the arboretum mentioned in the hook. ⑉⑉Mccunicano☕️ 11:55, 3 September 2020 (UTC)
The changes look good to go. SounderBruce 05:55, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
Hi there, just a little check Mccunicano. A rough translation of the source mentions about trees and flowers planted in the prefecture, which doesn't explicitly state whether they are symbolic of each municipality in the Aomori Prefecture. Please correct me if I am wrong thank you! :D VincentLUFan (talk) (Kenton!) 19:23, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
@Vincent60030: "県内市町村の木やバラ" is "The trees and roses of each municipality in the prefecture". The rest of the quote just talks about what the garden is called and examples of what you can see. I hope that clears things up for you ⑉⑉Mccunicano☕️ 00:35, 12 September 2020 (UTC)
