Anyuyskiy Volcano edit

  • ... that eruptions at Anyuyskiy Volcano may have inspired legends of places where hunting is banned and where smoke and fire rises from the ground in Siberia?

5x expanded by Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk). Self-nominated at 20:33, 21 September 2016 (UTC).

  • What's a banned valley? EEng 05:57, 22 September 2016 (UTC)
A sourcing error while expanding the article during a short time span due to schedule issues. I've rectified the statement both in article and hook. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 16:43, 22 September 2016 (UTC)
I thought maybe it was a valley that's not allowed to edit Wikipedia anymore. EEng 17:04, 22 September 2016 (UTC)
That'd be a fancy thing to write a DYK about. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 18:32, 22 September 2016 (UTC)
Article looks good overall, with sources taken AGF. The sentence "This makes Anyuyskiy one of the few volcanoes in Asia outside of Kamchatka with historical activity" is problematic as it does not account for Japan, Indonesia or the Philippines.--Kevmin § 13:25, 30 September 2016 (UTC)
@Kevmin: Added the "continental" qualifier, I should have done so much earlier. Jo-Jo Eumerus (talk, contributions) 18:16, 30 September 2016 (UTC)
  • Article looks good overall, with sources taken AGF, hook cited and taken AGF due to paywall. The expansion is long enough and new enough. No policy issues could be identified. It looks good to go.--Kevmin § 17:31, 2 October 2016 (UTC)
