Source edit

  • Is there a source on why Daughter of the Wind was perceived as the best? I personally don't really share the idea. Wouter Lievens 22:02, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)
    • All I can say is that these last years the quality of the albums has been going downhill, and clearly the first albums were not as good as the more mature ones. Ergo, there must have been a maximum somewhere.Hektor 02:43, 2 October 2005 (UTC)Reply

Summaries edit

I added a few and, I'm sorry, I removed the procrastination symbols from most of the rest. Could be a matter of taste, but I thought them somewhat unencyclopedic. Can anyone add summaries for the last three albums? -- Bakabaka 16:51, 24 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Several ideas about the article structure edit

Hi, for those who want to strongly improve this article, here are some ideas about sections and subsections we could add.

  • Creation of the series (for info see [1])
  • Synopsis (about main characters first meeting, maybe a subsection about vinean world or somewhere else)
  • Draw (about the style and its evolution since the beginning, the quality, etc)
  • Main themes like spirituality and friendship, etc (see lead of the article) and how they appear in the series.

This is just my ideas, they can be bad so do want you want. Other ideas are welcomed on this page. --Frédérick Lacasse 16:59, 29 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Info about Yoko's first meeting with Vic and Pol is already in her own page, but I guess it doesn't hurt to put the long version here and the short one on the character page...

Regarding Leloup's style and its changes, it might be nice to mention that he was strongly influenced by both Hergé and Peyo. The Yoko Tsuno series was even born from Jacky & Célestin, which Leloup drew for Peyo. Isn't this info in Leloup's bio page? If so, it should be here as well at least! -- Bakabaka 18:57, 29 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

I added the mid-importance category. The comic is really well-drawn, the stories are very good, and Yoko Tsuno is a real heroin (my POV). However the comic is not well known to the common public so I think the importancy is not High but it certainly deserves a Mid. --Xenan 12:46, 13 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
