Context
editIs this article intended to be about the whole island, or just the motor racing circuit on the island (in which case, should it be called "Yas Island Circuit"?) -- DH85868993 14:47, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

Lap record
editDaniel Ricciardo set a lap record time during the young driver test on 17/11/10. This was a formal, FIA sanctioned event - do only racing laps count towards lap records? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.46.207.229 (talk) 17:30, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
- Yes. --Falcadore (talk) 20:50, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
"Tire" or "Tyre"?
editAs a Brit, I would be one-sided, but most other Formula 1 pages have "tyre" as that's what it says on formula1.com, and, according to some editor who I can't remember, is what we're going by. Spa-Franks (talk) 19:49, 25 September 2011 (UTC)
- Since the word occurs in a Formula One-related section, it probably makes sense to use "tyre", per WP:F1 convention. DH85868993 (talk) 03:12, 26 September 2011 (UTC)
V8 Supercars circuit-Short circuit
editSince the V8s don't run on the shortened circuit anymore, I have replaced the 'V8 Supercars circuit' in the info box to 'Short circuit'. TollHRT52 (talk) 09:41, 30 September 2012 (AEST)
who
editCan i have a short list of the engineers that worked in the Yas Marina cicuit? Especially those in the trak department, in case Bau Bickhardt was not the only one. :)

The Website URL is "Dead"
editThe URL of Yas Marina Circuit has changed from .ae to .com and I can't change it on the info panel or whatever it is called. Can someone change it since I think it is "Dead". If so thanks. GCunknown (talk) 05:52, 15 September 2018 (UTC)
