as a very short article lacking sufficient context to identify the subject of the article. See CSD A1.
as an article about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organized event that does not credibly indicate the importance or significance of the subject. See CSD A7.
neither of these is accurate, as the page links to related articles which give context as to its purpose, and the subject has nothing to do with a person, animal, etc.
the article is a stub, but so are many wikipedia articles. I plan on expanding on this.
