Current photo is very dark edit

Just wanted to note that the current photo is probably too dark to be of use for this article. I can't make out any details in it. Stevie is the man! TalkWork 23:44, 21 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

I took it from the BooksAMillion parking lot. The problem is that the best place to take a picture of the tower is where one gets off the Watterson in order to get off Breckinridge, a very dangerous place to take a picture.--Bedford 23:54, 21 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Understood. I went ahead and brightened it. That should work for now, so people can see what the building looks like. :) Stevie is the man! TalkWork 01:25, 22 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
  • That works, for now. I'm usually at BAM every other week, so I'll try again later for a better shot, but this time from a different angle.--Bedford 04:49, 22 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Can anyone find an article about a woman that committed suicide in the 1970's at the Kaden Tower when it was named the Lincoln Income Life Tower? A woman that worked on the 4th floor back then told me today that a woman did this but didn't know when. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.128.162.179 (talk) 00:40, 13 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Material used for the grill edit

I recall that when the plans for this building were first presented to the public they called for the exterior grillwork to be made of copper, which would have gradually acquired a patina which was to add character to the building. Budget constraints caused the the grillwork to be changed to pink concrete (which caused a bit of a stir). Can anyone corroborate this? Since the grillwork is an important part of the design, the material chosen is significant. Frappyjohn (talk) 03:19, 28 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
