Exterior buswrap in wet weather

Ohnoitsjamie removed my recent edit, saying:

1. No evidence that applies to all wrap. You have a point, Jamie, There's another type of wrap that adheres to the inside of windows and of course is unaffected by rain. Buses don't use that type as the wrap needs to cover body panels equally with windows.

2. That photo could be of anything. I agree with Jamie. That's why I used it. Perhaps Jamie lives somewhere in the desert and hasn't ridden in a wet bus. Or could he in the advertising industry?

I'll wait for the next convenient shower and take my camera for a bus ride.

Oh my god, you nailed it. I work for the advertising industry (Amalgamated Nairobi Desert Bus Wraps Incorporated) and live in the middle of the Gobi desert. Either way, you need a reliable source if you're going to add anything about rider visibility to the article. OhNoitsJamie Talk 01:13, 2 March 2015 (UTC)

Luckily we've had a lot of rain here today. I took my best cameras on bus rides and got lots of pics. My photography adviser is working through them today and should soon select the best that meets Jamie's exacting requirements. I'll post it tomorrow. Luckily I won't have to discuss rider visibility as it is very obvious from the pics (which contain part of a wrapped window and part of an adjoining unwrapped window) that the buswrap spoils visibility from inside when wet.
