editAbout this article getting nominated for speedy deletion. As can be readily observed through the references or a simple Google search, Winona College was clearly a college in Indiana, and should therefore be preserved in an article just for that reason alone. Defunct colleges are noteworthy---do not confuse this with the modern diploma mills. Further, there are reasonable notable alumni indicated with links to their bios. Understand that it is extremely difficult to find sources on the Internet for a college which has been defunct for so long. However, that does not mean the college is not noteworthy.Kristensson (talk) 01:14, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
