Recent debate in the town concerning renovations to Winckley Square have showsn that though the gardens are open to the public they are still the property of the original residents — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.145.209.167 (talk) 19:44, 31 August 2008

It has more than 30 owners, part of it is owned by Preston Council [1] and it looks like they are not all owned by the owners of the properties[2]. --Snigbrook ^(talk) 20:30, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
