The final dispositon of the case was that all drug charges and other felonies were dismissed against Spencer in the interest of justice as recommended by the DA. Public records of disposition of case on Oct 16, 2023 Docket # IND-70410-21/001 Suffolk County Court. Also please view associated transcript with disposition. Yes, that link regarding his widely publicized arrest on 2 felony charges by the U.S. DEA, was added in 2020. It was apparently added by one Wikipedia editor, and then removed by anonymous IP editor (69.117.238.121), in Huntington Station, near where Spencer lives... I have restored the deleted edit and will add more references to the article. The drug charges are still very much pending according to the Suffolk County criminal court website (https://ww2.nycourts.gov/COURTS/10jd/suffolk/dist/crimindex.shtml). You are a public figure. Accept it.

The drug charges were dismissed and now not pending. There are no felony convictions. Anyone can be charged with a crime that is the criminal justice system but if the charges are dropped leaving this information on Wikipedia is highly inflammatory and ruin a persons reputation and career and should not appear on their Wikipedia page.Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page).
