The aricle shows that William Davies uses the post-nominal letters "CC". Might there be a contributor who can demonstrate that this is appropriate ?
There is a Wikipedia article which lista all honorary holders of the award Companion of the Order of Canada. He is not listed on that. The article might give a reference to the occasion of his award and details of his birth and his Canadian citizenship.
